GOA is a family-owned business directed by Helmut K. Werner, who has been conducting business in the United States for over 30 years. Mr. Werner's extensive experience includes partner and board member of EUROPCO, Luxemburg.  EUROPCO, founded by Oppenheimer & Co. Investmentbank, NY, served as general partner in Bluewater Bay Development L.P., as well as several apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping centers on the East coast. As EUROPCO Management ceased to operate in the early 80's after a successful US real estate track record, Helmut K. Werner formed GOA to continue the successful US real estate business for European clients. Mr. Werner and his associates continue to combine their experience, access to capital, and integrity to make GOA a reputable company to do business with.

We purchase each investment property as a single-purpose limited liability company or partnership.  Germania of America underwrites each investment, then sells and/or promotes partnership interests through closed-end real estate funds or European institutions, and to individuals through affiliated investment partners in Europe.

GOA or one of its affiliated entities acts as the general partner in these partnerships and is responsible for the day-to-day business aw well as the refinancing or sale of the investment property.

New opportunities for German investors.

One of the many benefits in selling assets to GOA is our access to readily available European capital. For example Germany's government passed the Fourth Financial Market Promotion Act, which makes it even easier for Germans to invest in foreign markets, particularly the United States.  This influx of capital helps make our transactions fluid -- a benefit which saves a seller time and worry.

GOA is also structured such that all of our investments are transparent to our investors. We keep everything out in the open at all times.
