Germania of America Announces
Leasing Agreement
with The Winston Group in The Dupree Building Located In Atlanta, GA
Atlanta, Georgia (February 28, 2003) -- Germania of America, Inc. (GOA) today announced
it has leased 6,269 square feet of office space to The Winston
Group in the The Dupree Building located at
6120 Powers Ferry Road
in Atlanta, GA. The transaction was handled through GOA's leasing
partner,
Childress Klein
Properties, of Atlanta,
and the
tenant was represented by Concord Properties.
The Winston Group is the Atlanta metro area
franchisee for Raleigh, N.C.-based Golden Corral restaurants.
