The 55,800 square foot property was a partnership sponsored by Germania of America, Inc., which developed the project in 2002, along with a division of the former J. A. Jones Construction Company. California-based Draine–Poulson Group purchased the 100% occupied property for $9,250,000 or $166.00 per foot.  The Three SouthExecutive building is The Draine Group’s second acquisition in the Charlotte market.
