(GOA) today announced it has leased 18,544 square feet of office space to Decision One Mortgage in the Three SouthExecutive Park building located at 6115 Park South Drive in Charlotte, NC.  The transaction was handled through GOA's joint venture partner, Queens Properties, and the tenant was represented by Stephens Co. Decision One Mortgage is a wholly owned subsidiary of Household Finance (HFC) a member of HSBC Group with its headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
