Germania of America Announces Leasing Agreement with BP at Preston Ridge III in Alpharetta, GA

Atlanta, Georgia (May 5, 2003) -- Germania of America, Inc. (GOA) announced today it has leased 2,367 square feet of office space to BP Corporation North America in Preston Ridge III, located at 3460 Preston Ridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA.  The transaction was handled through GOA's leasing partner, Childress Klein Properties, of Atlanta, and the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
