BOMA Award Winning Building in Germania of America's Portfolio

Atlanta, GA (May 7, 2003) -- Germania of America is pleased to announce that the Financial Tower at 95 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ  a/k/a Pershing Plaza is the recipient of the New Jersey BOMA (Building Owner and Manager's Association) TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) award in the 500,000 - 1,000,000 square foot commercial office building category. This marks the second time that this building has received a TOBY Award.
