Germania of America Announces Leasing Agreement with LA Fitness at Merchants Exchange Shopping Center in East Cobb

Germania of America (GOA) announced that an agreement between The Kroger Co. and LA Fitness was reached in leasing 48,420 square feet of the former Harris Teeter grocery store at Merchants Exchange Shopping Center in East Cobb to LA Fitness.  The transaction was handled through GOA's and its leasing partner, Noro Management, of Atlanta, and the tenants were represented by CB Richard Ellis and the Shopping Center Group respectively.  According to inside information, LA Fitness is hopeful that they will open this grand location by year-end 2003 for the enjoyment of the people of East Cobb.  The facility is slated to be first class and have first class amenities of a facility of this size.
