Queens Properties Signs Tenants for Three SouthExecutive Park in Charlotte, NC
         
Atlanta, Georgia (July 10, 2003) -- Queens Properties has signed two additional tenants to the one-year old Three SouthExecutive Park building bringing the occupancy level up to 80 percent.  The most recent deals include an 18,500 square foot expansion for Decision One Mortgage Company and a 13,500 relocation of the advertising agency Loeffler Ketchum and Mountjoy from the Esplanade Building in SouthPark.  “Leasing activity has picked up and has been steady since the end of the fourth quarter of 2002” says Bob Bell of Queens.  Queens has several proposals out for the balance of the space in the building as well.  “We believe the attractive rate for a new Class-A property in SouthPark has provided the success for marketing and leasing the building in a down real estate market.” says Jim Gragnolati of Queens.
