Germania of America Announces a New Term with Volvo
         
Atlanta, Georgia (July 16, 2003) -- Germania of America, Inc. announced that an agreement was reached with Volvo Parts North America to extend their term at the Duluth, GA facility. The site will continue to serve as the company’s Volvo Penta marine parts North American distribution hub. The transaction was handled by the landlord, while the tenant was represented by LaVista Associates, Inc.
