Germania of America Sells 1.55 Acre
Parcel on Mt. Zion Road in Clayton County, GA
Atlanta Georgia (May 5, 2000) --
Germania of America, Inc. and
its Mt. Zion Joint Venture partners who own 48+ acres of land on Mt. Zion Rd. In
Clayton County, Georgia. GOA is pleased to announce that 1.55 acres of this land
on Mt. Zion Road has been sold to a local developer for an undisclosed amount.
The land parcel is located adjacent to a Lowe's Home Improvement Center and near
the I-75/138 interchange. The local developer is planning to build a
convenience store on the site. Carter & Assoc, LLC represented the seller.
