Germania of America Announces Lease Agreements with Ron Levy Corp. and PFE International
         
Atlanta, Georgia (September 9, 2003) -- Germania of America (GOA) on behalf of its German Investment Fund has signed two new leases at 1965 Vaughn Rd. in Kennesaw, Georgia. The 46,535 square foot office/warehouse is now 77% occupied by Ron Levy Corp. and PFE International. The landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia while the Ron Levy Corp. was represented by Hailey Realty and PFE represented themselves.
