GOA LEASES SPACE IN MERCHANTS EXCHANGE TO USA BABY d/b/a THE BABY'S ROOM
         
Atlanta, GA (November 17, 2003) -- Germania of America has entered into a lease with USA Baby d/b/a The Baby's Room for approximately 12,875 square feet in the Merchant's Exchange Shopping Center in Marietta, Georgia. The Baby's Room has two stores, one in Marietta and one in Norcross. The Baby's Room is scheduled to open at Merchants Exchange in March, 2004.  They have been in business for approximately 19 years in metro Atlanta. Germania was represented by Tom Thompson of Noro Management, Inc.
