Atlanta Georgia (December 15, 2002) -- Germania of America, Inc. (GOA ) today announced
it has recently leased approximately 4,200 square feet of office space to
Signature Healthcare, PLLC in the Three SouthExecutive office building
located on Park South Drive in Charlotte, NC. The transaction was
handled through GOA's leasing partner, Queens Properties,
of Charlotte, NC.
Three SouthExecutive Park,
is a new 54,000 square-foot class A office development and was completed in
Summer, 2002.
Three SouthExecutive Park is
currently 18 % leased.
