Germania of America Announces
Leasing Agreement
with Navigant International in Three SouthExecutive
Located In Charlotte, NC
Atlanta Georgia (December 15, 2002) -- Germania of America, Inc. (GOA ) today announced
it has recently leased 5,400 square feet of office space to Navigant
International in the Three SouthExecutive office building located on Park
South Drive in Charlotte, NC. The transaction was handled through
GOA's leasing partner, Queens Properties,
of Charlotte, NC.
Founded in 1991, Navigant
International/Southeast is a consolidation of ten of the top travel
management firms in North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.
Three SouthExecutive Park ,
is a new 54,000 square-foot class A office development and was completed in
Summer, 2002.
Three SouthExecutive Park is
currently 18 % leased.
